Ashley Perez, born January 20, 2003, is known for her imaginative and vibrant work. In 2021, she was awarded a full scholarship from the Southwest School of Art, where she began her formal artistic journey. Following the merger of the Southwest School of Art with the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) in 2022, Ashley transitioned to UTSA, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Ashley works across various mediums, including acrylic painting, watercolor, rhinestones, mixed media, and digital drawing. Her artwork is imaginative and vibrant, often blending different techniques and materials to create visually striking pieces. Ashley’s diverse skill set allows her to experiment with bold colors, textures, and forms, capturing both the whimsical and the profound in her creations. As she continues evolving as an artist, Ashley remains committed to pushing boundaries and experimenting with new forms of expression, leaving a lasting impact on contemporary art.
